We'll try to reply as soon as possible, usually faster than your coffee cools down! If it's the weekend or a public holiday, we'll get back to you the next business day. (Even we need our coffee breaks!)

☕ Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)
🛌 Saturday – Sunday: Closed (recharging with extra caffeine!)
3. Our Core Store Policies
These policies explain how we roll. By using our website or placing an order, you're agreeing to these. Don't worry, we keep it simple!

Return & Refund Policy: We have a 30-day support window. If your order isn't as expected, just reach out and we'll make it right, no drama, no complicated process! Shipping Policy: We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $77! Orders typically ship within 7 days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 3–5 business days (may be longer during holidays or busy seasons). Read our Shipping Policy

4. Our Relationship with Shopify
Our store and checkout are powered by Shopify, they're like the espresso machine that powers our operation! Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, payment technology, hosting, and certain security and fraud protection features.
But when you buy from us, you're purchasing from Caffeine Dept. / SENKOA LTD, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for product quality, shipping, refunds, exchanges, or customer service. If you have a question or issue with an order, please contact us directly at support@caffeinedept.com. We're real people who actually respond (probably while sipping coffee)! ☕
5. Use of Your Information
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Some information (like payment processing, fraud prevention, and secure checkout) is handled by Shopify on our behalf, they're like our trusted barista partner!
By shopping with us, you agree to the way we and Shopify handle your data in order to process, ship, and support your order. We keep your info safer than your secret coffee order! ☕🔒

When you place an order, you confirm that:
✅ You are of legal age where you live (or have consent from a parent/guardian).
✅ You're buying for personal use, not for resale or export. (Keep the coffee love personal!)
✅ The payment method you're using is yours or you're authorized to use it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability. (Sometimes we run out of beans!)
7. Respect and Conduct
We're here to help and keep you happy, kind of like your favorite barista! We ask that you treat our team and our delivery partners with respect. ☕💙
Harassment, abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or threats toward our staff or couriers will not be tolerated. (We don't tolerate bad vibes, just like bad coffee!)
If something's gone wrong, talk to us, we will always try to sort it out for you. Communication over caffeine is always the best solution! ✨
8. Updates
We may update our policies and legal information from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate, changes in law, or changes in our shipping and payment partners. When we update, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, just like updating your coffee order when you discover a new favorite!
